Data is being processed

 If you use my services, I (Sabinewensing.com) have some information about you and/or you need. (I will continue to speak in the you-form below). You provide this in the first instance by telephone (for example when making an appointment), the contact form or by e-mail.

Before the intake interview you fill in an intake form. The information I am asking for is:

• Name
• Age
• Date of birth
• Address data
• Phone number / mobile number
• Birthdate and place
• E-mail address
• Marital status
• Organization and function
• Certain relevant medical data

Why do I need this information? 

The reason I process this data is to be able to offer a tailor-made program. I use your data to process in a (possible) proposal. In addition, I use them to record (own) administration, and to get an idea of your ‘starting position’. Recording the data that is important for the trajectory. Finally, I use them to communicate with you during (and possibly after) the coaching process.

In some cases, this concerns so-called ‘special’ and/or ‘sensitive personal data’ of you. I only ask about this if there is a need for this with regard to your trajectory.

Your personal data will of course not be used for commercial purposes.

How long do I keep your data? 

I do not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to realize the purposes for which your data is collected. Your data will be stored for up to 5 years after termination of the service.

Share with others 

I only share your personal data with third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the agreement, to comply with any legal obligation or in the context of my services. I only do this with your explicit permission. I conclude a processor agreement with companies that process your data on my behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Sabinewensing.com remains responsible for these processing operations.

View, adjust and delete data 

You have the right to view, correct or have removed your personal data. You can send a request for inspection, correction or deletion to hola@sabinewensing.com You may also submit a possible objection to the processing of the data via this email address.

Automated decision making 

I, Sabinewensing.com do not make decisions based on automated processing on matters that can have significant consequences for people. This concerns decisions that are made by computer programs or systems, without a person (me, Sabine, as a supervisor) being involved.

Security 

I take the protection of your data seriously and take appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. If you nevertheless have the impression that your data is insufficiently secured, your data is stored incorrectly or is processed or shared without your permission, please contact me at hola@sabinewensing.com.
